Maintaining Proper Nutrition during an hCG Diet Program

  • A handful of strawberries or blueberries, an apple, orange or melon, being sure to only eat it fresh
  • Season foods with herbs, cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Teas and water are best to drink, trying for 2 liters a day (water can be flavored with stevia or lemon juice)
